We work side-by-side with partner schools and districts to build their knowledge and capacity. The result is more effective support for all students. Our unique approach, honed over 15 years, prioritizes strong human relationships. And it’s proven to deliver real student impact (https://www.onegoalgraduation.org/impact/impact-results/) : An independent study by the University of Chicago found that OneGoal students are about 40% more likely to earn their postsecondary degrees than students from similar backgrounds. At OneGoal you’ll be immersed in a culture of collaboration, shared purpose, and collective impact.

The Person

As secondary education expands across Massachusetts, the Manager of Partnership Operations will serve as the operational backbone of our regional growth and partner experience. • Coordinate logistics for Systems Impact partner experiences, including Early College training and Counselor Collaborative events.

  • Drive logistical prep, documentation, and operational support for secondary partner meetings and dedicated planning days.

  • Lead the execution and delivery of critical engagements, including recruitment sessions for OneGoal students and teachers.

  • Provide agile, on-demand logistical support across all initiatives within the Partnerships & Growth team

Managing MOU, Invoicing, and Fee-for-Service Compliance (25%)

  • Serve as the regional lead on the execution, tracking, and collection of regional partner contracts, fee-for-service agreements, and MOUs.

  • Develop strong and productive relationships with key contacts at partner institutions to ensure fee-for-service processing and collection in accordance with organization-wide guidance.

  • Ensure compliance with district and state partnership requirements.

  • Support ongoing Development and External Affairs efforts, such as grants or stories, by reporting partner updates + fee-for-service/MOU progress.

Building meaningful regional experiences by leading logistics for staff engagement spaces and office operations (25%)

  • Manage logistics of virtual and in-person semi-monthly all-staff meetings.

  • Monitor, order, and restock office supplies, snacks, and beverages.

  • Serve as primary point of contact for building management, maintenance, and other vendors.

Own end-to-end logistics for high school partners (20%)

  • Planning logistics for key high school partner experiences, including annual partnership convenings and school presentations.

  • Update partnership evaluation resources such as partner satisfaction surveys.

  • Owning development and delivery of quarterly partnership newsletter to leads and partners

  • Coordinating with high school leads and partners and Partnerships & Growth team.
