Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to support the delivery of a large-scale, highly technical capital program. This individual will be responsible for leading planning, coordination, execution, and progress management activities across major civil, structural, and architectural workstreams while partnering closely with project leadership, project controls, engineering teams, and trade partners.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in concrete construction, large-scale infrastructure and structural projects, and complex project sequencing. They will have experience coordinating both self-performed and subcontracted scopes while maintaining alignment with schedule, quality, and project objectives throughout multiple phases of project delivery.
This role requires a proactive leader who can drive execution strategies, coordinate numerous stakeholders, and manage critical path activities on large and technically complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead execution and coordination of major project workstreams including civil, structural, concrete, building envelope, façade, and roofing scopes.
Partner with project leadership to develop and implement execution strategies that support key project milestones and delivery objectives.
Coordinate activities between self-perform teams and subcontractor partners to ensure alignment across project priorities.
Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documentation to identify risks, conflicts, and coordination challenges.
Support planning and sequencing efforts for concrete, structural, architectural, and infrastructure-related activities.
Facilitate coordination meetings and drive accountability for action items and project commitments.
Collaborate with project controls teams to monitor progress, identify schedule risks, and support recovery planning when necessary.
Participate in constructability reviews, design coordination, and planning sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor project performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, workflow, and execution strategies.
Support quality initiatives through coordination of documentation, inspections, and turnover requirements.
Assist with forecasting, reporting, and progress updates for project leadership.
Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and priorities.

Skills and Requirements
10+ years of experience supporting large commercial, industrial, life sciences, mission critical, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, or similar technical projects.
Strong background overseeing large-scale concrete construction packages.
Demonstrated experience managing structural, architectural, façade, roofing, and infrastructure-related scopes.
Experience coordinating both self-performed and subcontractor-led work activities.
Proven success supporting projects valued at $500M+.
Strong understanding of project sequencing, phasing, constructability, and schedule management.
Ability to review and interpret project drawings, specifications, schedules, and technical documentation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in fast-paced project environments with multiple concurrent workstreams.
Proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar project management platforms. Experience on life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, mission critical, data center, semiconductor, healthcare, or advanced manufacturing projects.
Experience supporting project execution from early development phases through vertical construction and final completion.
Strong understanding of concrete structures, foundations, building envelope systems, and architectural finishes.
Experience supporting multi-building campus developments or large-scale phased programs.
Familiarity with project controls, forecasting, and production planning methodologies.
Experience on projects exceeding $1B in total value.
