Full job description

The Dome is seeking Temporary Game Day Usher & Ticket Takers staff to work on an as needed basis for events in the 2026-2027 academic (June 2026 through May 2027) season. Now is your chance to join a passionate, dedicated, service-oriented team of people who make each event memorable for our Dome guests. Our Event Staff play a critical role in the success of our events. As a member of the Dome Event Staff Team, you will be part of Syracuse University Football & Basketball games, Special Events such as Major Concerts, Monster Jam and many more. You will also have the opportunity to return year after year, as many of our team members have been with the Dome for over 40+ years.
