Standard Job Description

Controls the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements. Ensures that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives. Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions. Builds relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives. Integrates learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position.

Basic Qualifications

Storage and inventory:

Receive, store, and account for all types of standard and non standard classes of supplies. Ability to use automated and manual systems to track stock, ensuring accurate accountability.

Assembly and maintenance:

Perform maintenance on MHE equipment.

Issuance and delivery:

Issue supplies and equipment to users for training and operational missions. They also ensure the proper return of unused supplies and equipment and handle its processing.

Transportation:

Safely transport supplies and equipment, which may involve driving vehicles and considering factors like hazard class and weight.

Desired Skills

SOF experience with standard and non standard supplies and equipment requirements

Logistics and support:

Coordinate with other units to manage the supply chain, ensuring the correct supplies and equipment are available when and where needed. This includes planning and managing logistics for deployments and exercises.

Record keeping:

Maintain accurate records for all supplies and equipment-related activities using both automated and manual procedures

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $65200.00 - $121200.00

  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
