Pay Range: $52,083.20 – $84,822.40 / year (Salary or hourly rate is based on job qualifications and relevant work experience)

Additional Information About the Role

In this role, you'll partner with an Analyst to support quality clinical reporting, performance improvement, and operational initiatives across our clinics. You'll become the go-to resource for internal reporting and performance measures, helping leaders, providers, and staff understand what the data means, how it impacts their work, and where opportunities exist to improve quality clinical outcomes.

A large part of the role is building relationships and providing training in the field. You'll spend time with clinic teams, answering questions, coaching users on reporting tools, and helping drive adoption of best practices. You'll also support inquiries that come through a shared team mailbox and serve as a trusted resource for operational leaders.

This is a hybrid position, but it requires a strong onsite presence and regular travel to clinic locations. Compared to the Analyst role, this position is more focused on stakeholder engagement, education, and hands-on support with clinic teams.
