Supply Chain Analyst - RMA and Process Automation

Job Description

We are seeking an Operations & Process Automation Analyst to support global post-sales operations while driving automation and process improvement initiatives through AI. This individual will play a critical role in managing day-to-day operational workflows, including returns, RMAs, and chargebacks, while also identifying opportunities to streamline and automate processes using modern AI tools.

Responsibilities:

Operations Management (50-60%) Own and manage day-to-day operational processes related to: Global returns, Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), Chargebacks, Retail partner support and issue resolution

• Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Experience to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to returns, deductions, and chargeback claims.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure operational processes are executed accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer and partner satisfaction.

Process Automation & AI Initiatives (40-50%)

• Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and operational processes.
• Utilize AI tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.
• Build dashboards, reporting tools, and workflow automations using AI-enabled platforms, including tools such as Claude Code and similar technologies.
• Partner with stakeholders to redesign inefficient processes and create scalable solutions.
• Develop proactive recommendations for leveraging AI across operations, rather than simply maintaining existing processes. Drive a culture of continuous improvement by challenging the status quo and introducing innovative solutions.

Skills and Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations

• Experience within a consumer electronics environment supporting retail partners.

• Hands-on experience managing: RMAs, Chargebacks, Returns operations

• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools to improve workflows, automate processes, or increase operational efficiency.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience building dashboards, reporting, or workflow automation solutions. -Proactive, forward-thinking mindset with a passion for process improvement.

• Experience using Claude Code, ChatGPT, or other AI development and automation tools.
