Join Lifestyle Experiences and help shape customer-first events and activations that bring Chase card benefits to life. You will lead strategy across cultural tentpoles, always-on programming, and strategic initiatives that drive engagement and business impact.

As a Vice President, Experiences Strategy in Lifestyle, you lead the strategic development, vision, and implementation of events and activations that support Chase customer experiences and partnerships. You partner across branded card teams and Connected Commerce stakeholders to translate priorities into clear plans, strong governance, and high-quality execution. You use performance insights and benefit economics to refine strategy and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will report to the Executive Director, Experiences Strategy & Execution working in our NYC office 5 days a week.

Job responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally within the Lifestyle Experiences team and various Chase branded cards to develop and implement a core experiential strategy that ladders up into both card product and firm objectives, while maintaining a customer-first approach

  • Effectively communicate Chase product strategic roadmap with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on execution, prioritization, and to drive buy-in for key business decisions

  • Develop, inform, and shape presentation materials including, but not limited to strategic partners, customer events and card benefit initiatives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, lines of business, and external agency partners to ensure initiatives are laddering up into north star objectives and activated with operational excellence

  • Understand profit and loss and economics of customer benefits to inform prioritization and strategic partnerships

  • Leverage results, customer insights, and competitive insights to develop strategic event offerings

  • Engage in working groups, problem solving and brainstorming sessions that prepare analysis to support leadership decision making

  • Contribute to executive communication materials for senior management and present project analyses and recommendations to senior executives

  • Exercise sound judgment, anticipate bottlenecks, evaluate and mitigate potential risks

  • Coach, develop, and mentor junior team members

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, marketing strategy, or project management within a complex, fast-moving environment

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly story tell using common presentation tools

  • Proven ability to identify issues and resolve them with urgency as a collaborative team member

  • Ability to define and drive a delivery roadmap inclusive of milestone deliveries and associated status reporting

  • Ability to manage multiple changing priorities independently with minimal supervision and inspire collaboration among teams

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strategy experience with deep intellectual curiosity and strong end-to-end generalist problem solving skills

  • Knowledge of the events industry, including tentpoles, cultural happenings, and festivals

  • Knowledge of competitive industries including credit card points, loyalty, and membership rewards programs

  • Excellent organizational skills
