The Director Experis Delivery Transformation owns recruiting delivery strategy, workforce planning, fulfillment performance, and quality outcomes across the brand. This role ensures scalable talent delivery capabilities that support revenue realization, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.

This role ensures scalable talent delivery capabilities that support revenue realization, customer satisfaction, and operational performance by establishing delivery standards, workforce planning frameworks, and quality governance across retained delivery models.

Job Responsibilities:

Recruiting Delivery Strategy & Governance

  • Establish recruiting performance standards, service-level expectations, and quality governance across delivery channels.

  • Own recruiting operating standards and delivery governance.

  • Accountable for fulfillment performance governance impacting revenue realization and customer outcomes.

  • Drive recruiting effectiveness and fulfillment performance through operational excellence and delivery transformation initiatives.

Workforce Planning & Capacity Management

  • Establish workforce planning strategies, requisition allocation frameworks, and capacity management standards across retained delivery models.

  • Define workforce planning and capacity allocation methodologies that support business growth, fulfillment performance, and service-level expectations.

  • Monitor capacity utilization, fulfillment trends, and workforce demand to identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities.

  • Partner with delivery leaders, market leaders, and other stakeholders to align delivery capacity with pipeline demand, fulfillment needs, and service-level expectations.

Quality Outcomes & Fulfillment Performance

  • Own recruiting quality governance, fulfillment effectiveness, and escalation management across retained and offshore delivery teams.

  • Manage SLA performance, including time-to-fill, submit-to-interview, and quality of hire.

  • Identify delivery quality gaps and drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes.

  • Lead resolution of cross-functional fulfillment challenges affecting business performance, coordinating stakeholders across retained and offshore delivery environments.

Delivery Transformation & Cross-Functional Execution

  • Lead delivery transformation initiatives.

  • Provide governance and operational oversight across retained and offshore delivery channels to drive consistency, quality, and performance.

  • Partner with Brand Leadership, offshore partners, and shared services to support fulfillment and business performance.

  • Drive operational consistency across recruiting workflows, tools, delivery models, and capacity planning processes.

Minimum Required Qualifications/Certifications:

  • 7 years of experience in recruiting operations, talent delivery, or staffing fulfillment leadership.

  • Proven track record of managing SLAs such as time-to-fill, submit-to-interview, and quality of hire.

  • Experience developing workforce planning, fulfillment management, or recruiting governance frameworks across multiple teams or delivery channels.

  • Demonstrated experience influencing recruiting leaders, delivery teams, and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Experience overseeing recruiting teams or delivery channels, including offshore models.

  • Strong understanding of workforce planning, requisition allocation, and capacity management.

  • Ability to identify quality gaps and drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes.

Preferred Qualifications/Certifications:

  • Experience supporting enterprise recruiting transformation initiatives.

  • Experience working within shared services, offshore delivery environments.

  • Experience developing workforce planning, capacity management, or fulfillment governance frameworks.

  • Experience implementing recruiting performance scorecards and operational KPI programs.

  • Certification or formal training in change management, Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.
