Service Coordinator (Part-time) – Omaha, NE
The primary purpose of the Service Coordinator role is to identify aged billing, recover warranty dollars, improve processes and identifying cost related improvements that can be made to support Raymond Central teams and customer relationships.
This position is part time, without benefits. The targeted number of hours per week is 15-20.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Warranty cleanup and recovery – review aging warranty files, complete what can still be submitted/collected, recover available warranty dollars, and close old files.
- WIP cleanup and billing – work with service manager to identify old and aging WIP, determine what is preventing each work order from closing, follow up on parts, paperwork, approvals, quotes, or other roadblocks, and push completed work through to billing.
- Quote assistance – assist with preparing, researching, and following up on outstanding customer quotes to move them toward approval or closure.
- Customer equipment population – review customer equipment records and correct missing, duplicate, or inaccurate equipment information.
- ASEC support – review outstanding ASEC requirements and assist with completing documentation and identified action items.
- Van inventory/service/cost – review technician van inventory, obsolete or excess parts, van service requirements, operating costs, and 2S/5S opportunities.
Minimum requirements:
- Highschool diploma or GED
- At least two (2) years of experience working with billing, warranty, or invoicing related matters
