Full job description

What We Need:

As a Customer Success Manager here at Brady Corp, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by managing customer relationships and delivering value through our products and services. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and drive adoption and growth, contributing to long-term business success.

You will work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact Brady Corp by enhancing customer loyalty and driving revenue growth through proactive engagement and support. Your efforts will position Brady Corp as a trusted partner and help maintain strong, lasting customer relationships in a competitive market.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with Honeywell products and services

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to drive customer adoption, retention, and growth

  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success or account management roles

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management and customer lifecycle management

  • Proficiency with CRM software and data analysis tools to monitor customer health and identify growth opportunities

  • Experience in resolving customer issues and driving customer satisfaction and retention

  • PSS is currently unable to consider applicants who would require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization for this position. Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
