Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resor t is seeking a friendly, attentive, and proactive Room Service Server with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Room Service Server, you'll do more than deliver food and beverages—you'll create memorable moments by bringing the light and warmth of hospitality directly to our guests' rooms.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A minimum of six months of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.

• Open availability and the flexibility to work AM/PM shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong English communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with English-speaking guests and respond professionally to guest requests and inquiries.

• A strong commitment to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness standards.

• A warm, friendly, and professional demeanor with a genuine heart for hospitality and a commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their meal experience special

• Prepare for seamless service: Set up room service trays and tables in advance for timely order delivery

• Take guest orders: Assist with order-taking tasks and respond to room service phone calls

• Deliver with care: Retrieve food and beverage orders and deliver to guest rooms or meeting rooms

• Process transactions: Present checks to guests, collect payments, and return signed checks to the order taker

• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
