Customer Experience & Administrative Coordinator

American Bathroom Remodelers

San Diego, CA | In-Office

American Bathroom Remodelers is looking for a dependable, organized, technologically proficient Customer Experience & Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is more than a traditional call center role. You’ll support customers while also working closely with our sales, marketing, operations, and administrative teams to help keep appointments, schedules, leads, and day-to-day tasks moving.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, learning new systems quickly, and adapting as priorities and processes change.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming calls and communicate with customers by phone, text, and email

  • Follow up with new and existing leads

  • Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage customer appointments

  • Coordinate calendars for our Design Coordinators

  • Keep CRM records, notes, and lead information accurate

  • Assist with administrative tasks, reports, spreadsheets, and meeting follow-up

  • Support marketing with basic social media, research, lead tracking, and projects

  • Help identify and resolve scheduling or communication issues

  • Learn, use, and troubleshoot new software, platforms, and internal systems

Who We’re Looking For

You should be:

  • Friendly, confident, and professional on the phone

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Dependable and strong at follow-through

  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities

  • Proactive and willing to help where needed

  • Technologically proficient and comfortable learning new software and systems quickly

  • Comfortable working with CRM platforms, email, calendars, spreadsheets, web-based tools, and business applications

  • Resourceful when troubleshooting unfamiliar systems or processes

  • Able to learn new technology without requiring constant step-by-step direction

  • Someone who takes ownership and helps keep things moving

Customer service, administrative, scheduling, call center, sales support, CRM, or home-improvement experience is helpful, but not required.

We would rather hire someone who is intelligent, dependable, resourceful, adaptable, technologically proficient, and great with people than someone who simply checks every box on a resume.

To Apply

Please send your resume along with a short introduction telling us a little about yourself, how you work, your experience with technology and business software, and what you’re looking for in your next position.

Skip the generic cover letter. We’re interested in finding the right mutual fit.
