As a Warehouse Supervisor , you'll play a key leadership role in a fast-paced distribution environment, overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring the efficient flow of products from receiving through shipping. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll lead and motivate warehouse teams, optimize productivity, and help deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

How you create impact

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, and shipping activities.

Lead, coach, and schedule warehouse associates to ensure adequate staffing levels, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with company policies and the safe operation of warehouse equipment.

Monitor inventory accuracy and warehouse management system (SAP/WMS) transactions to ensure compliance with customer and company requirements.

Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are accurate, properly documented, and free of damage while resolving shipping and receiving issues as needed.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on service excellence, quality, productivity, space utilization, and cost-effective operations.

What we would like you to bring

  • High school diploma, GED, or technical degree required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

  • 2 years Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); SAP experience preferred.Strong leadership, team development, and employee motivation skills.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain strong attention to detail.

  • Experience operating or managing environments that utilize material handling equipment.

  • Professional business demeanor with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Experience in a healthcare warehouse, manufacturing environment, or start-up operation is highly preferred.

  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as business needs require.

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
