Job Description
This Benefits Specialist will serve as a key resource for employees and leadership on all benefits-related matters while helping drive the company's overall benefits strategy. On a daily basis, they will administer and support health, dental, vision, and other benefit programs, answer employee questions, resolve issues with vendors and providers, and ensure all benefits processes remain compliant with ACA, FMLA, ERISA, ADA, and other regulations. The individual will manage the full leave of absence process, including medical, family, military, personal, and ADA-related leaves, while partnering with internal stakeholders to improve employee communication and engagement around benefits offerings. They will also analyze benefits data, conduct market benchmarking and cost-benefit analyses, maintain benefits documentation, and recommend enhancements that improve employee satisfaction and retention. Experience working within HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, or ADP is essential, as this role combines hands-on administration with strategic benefits planning and continuous process improvement. This role requires working hybrid onsite and has a salary range of 70-75k annually.
Skills and Requirements
3-5+ years of progressive benefits administration experience Strong understanding of ACA, FMLA, ERISA, and ADA Experience handling leave administration HRIS experience (Workday highly preferred given TTA's environment) Excellent communication and customer service skills Bachelor's degree SHRM-CP, CEBS, or related certification Experience with benefits benchmarking and strategy development Multi-state benefits and leave administration experience
