Full job description
Lead end-to-end early adoption engagements across complex, cross-organizational scenarios, translating customer feedback into scalable, AI-powered solutions. Use data, AI, and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing, telemetry, customer feedback) to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve product outcomes. Define success through clear metrics (e.g., OKRs, KPIs, adoption, engagement, and performance) and use insights to guide roadmap decisions and long-term investments. Engage directly with large enterprise customers to understand needs, gather feedback, and ensure solutions deliver meaningful value and strong product-market fit. Influence and align senior leaders and cross-functional teams, resolving complex challenges and influencing product decisions across a broad portfolio of work. Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment where diverse perspectives are valued and teams can do their best work. Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management OR equivalent experience. 4+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). 6+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). 6+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product). Previous cybersecurity experience in a Product Management, Solution Selling or SOC capacity Proven experience with AI Builder tooling. Experience with product launches, complex customer adoption projects building product led growth programs.
