Job Description
Join a dynamic team where you help shape the onboarding experience and drive operational excellence in Global Banking. You’ll collaborate with business leaders and partner teams to ensure seamless employee transitions and support a culture of continuous improvement.
As a Relationship Specialist in Business Change Management (BCM) within Business Support Management (BSM), you play a pivotal role in supporting Global Banking. You will coordinate employee onboarding, troubleshoot access and entitlement issues, and facilitate asset provisioning. Your work strengthens relationships across the business and contributes to a strong control environment. We value your proactive approach and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Job Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage all administrative aspects of employee onboarding for new hires and internal transfers

Ensure proper technology, system, and building access is set up for employees

Conduct comprehensive orientation sessions to introduce new hires to Global Banking culture, policies, systems, and technologies

Serve as the main point of contact for new hires and transfers, addressing questions and concerns
-
Order additional systems and technology as needed for employees
-
Build and strengthen relationships with hiring managers and key business partners
-
Work closely with senior leadership to facilitate projects and daily operations
-
Assist with the execution of mass onboarding for summer interns
-
Enforce a strong control and compliance environment, identifying ways to mitigate risk

Gather feedback from new hires and managers to improve and streamline the onboarding process

Perform a broad range of operational and support functions as required
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Strong institutional knowledge of Global Banking
-
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and influence skills across all organizational levels
-
Ability to work effectively under pressure

Excellent judgment, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidential information
-
Exceptional organization, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
-
Highly proactive with the ability to manage competing priorities and ensure task completion
-
Consistently role models the firm’s values and code of conduct
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Project management skills to lead initiatives or support broader team efforts
-
Strong command of MS Office suite, including CoPilot
-
Experience with employee onboarding and operational support in a financial services environment

Familiarity with asset and application provisioning processes

Knowledge of internal partners and business processes within Global Banking
