This role is to cover overnight shifts
At Sunrise Senior Living, we champion the quality of life for all seniors. As a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN), you support resident health, monitor care needs and ensure safe medication practices and clinical compliance.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct wellness assessments and monitor resident health changes
- Support medication management and perform MAR/TAR audits
- Communicate with families, physicians and care teams
- Monitor incidents, falls and follow-up care
- Maintain documentation and compliance with regulations
- Support infection control and clinical quality initiatives
- Train and support care team members
What You’ll Bring:
- Active LPN/LVN license
- 1+ year experience in senior living or clinical setting
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Knowledge of medication administration and compliance
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Pay Range: 34.00 - 42.50 Employment Type: Casual This position is classified as a casual role. Casual employees work on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed hours and are not considered permanent employees. Employment is not guaranteed for any specific duration and may be ended at any time in accordance with applicable employment standards. Terms and conditions of employment will be outlined in the employment agreement.
