Full job description
Job Description
Rebuild and publish responsive pages in Drupal 11 using new design templates and paragraph blocks. Migrate content manually from the legacy platform; ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand adherence. Apply SEO and accessibility standards; conduct QA to ensure performance across devices/browsers. Troubleshoot production issues; escalate or partner with devs when deeper fixes are needed. Maintain organized assets in DAM and follow established workflows.
Skills and Requirements
3+ years hands‑on web production for large sites using a CMS (Drupal 11 strongly preferred; AEM experience considered). Proven ability to build pages rapidly using paragraph blocks/components and established templates & brand guidelines. Strong grasp of SEO best practices, information architecture, and how to lay out a page for clarity and conversion. Accessibility know‑how (e.g., WCAG 2.2) and rigorous QA/testing across browsers and devices. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript sufficient for production‑level tweaks and troubleshooting. Critical thinking & problem solving with the ability to articulate issues clearly and specifically to stakeholders. Advanced English for editing, formatting, and publishing customer‑facing content with high accuracy. Comfortable with manual content migration at scale and repetitive “copy‑and‑paste rebuilds” with consistent quality. Experience migrating content in waves for enterprise websites (targeting 10 pages/week individually). Familiarity with DAM workflows (tagging, metadata) and web analytics for page performance insights. Prior work with AEM (if not Drupal), design handoff from UX/UI (wireframes → live pages). Comfortable engaging directly with stakeholders to clarify requirements and unblock decisions.
