Job Description
Provide day-to-day Epic Willow support Troubleshoot system issues and user-reported concerns Perform maintenance, configuration updates, and optimization activities Support stabilization efforts following a major Epic go-live Serve as a key resource for ongoing operational support and system reliability 25% Project & Build Work Support several upcoming pharmacy openings Participate in Willow build, enhancement, and implementation activities Assist with testing, validation, and deployment of new functionality Collaborate with operational and pharmacy stakeholders on new initiatives
Skills and Requirements
Epic Willow Ambulatory (WAM) certification Hands-on Epic Willow Ambulatory support experience Experience supporting both application maintenance and enhancement/build activities Ability to function as a generalist across Willow operations, support, and optimization Strong troubleshooting and production support experience in a healthcare environment Epic Willow Inpatient experience Experience supporting Epic environments during post-go-live stabilization Experience with pharmacy expansion projects, new clinic/pharmacy openings, or application build initiatives Knowledge of Epic optimization and workflow improvement efforts
