General Manager, Aviation Lounge 2

Sodexo Live! is seeking a General Manager for our British Airways Lounge at Logan Int’l in Boston. Our airport lounges are dedicated spaces for passengers to relax and rejuvenate while awaiting their next adventure.

As the GM of the British Airways Lounge, you will have responsibility for daily operations and service staff including food and beverage operations managers, supervisors, bartenders and appearance.

Step into a dynamic leadership role where you’ll oversee multiple service lines, drive operational excellence, and lead high-performing teams to deliver exceptional client and guest experiences. You’ll serve as the strategic point of contact for our clients, ensuring all service standards are met while championing team development, financial performance, and continuous improvement.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $110075 per year - $142450 per year

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
