Job Description
A leading manufacturer of innovative water management solutions, specializing in stormwater and onsite septic wastewater infrastructure. Through sustainability-focused manufacturing and the recycling of over half a billion pounds of plastic annually, the client is committed to delivering environmentally responsible products while driving industry innovation. We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the growth, profitability, and market expansion of key product lines. This role combines product strategy, market intelligence, commercialization, technical expertise, and cross-functional leadership to drive business results and support customers across multiple market segments.
Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required. Engineering degree strongly preferred. 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Sales, Product Marketing, Customer-Facing Engineering, or related commercial roles. Strong business acumen across sales, operations, finance, and manufacturing environments. Experience managing product portfolios, pricing strategies, and market analysis activities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to travel up to 25%. Experience launching new products. Experience supporting infrastructure, construction, water management, civil engineering, drainage, wastewater, or related industrial markets. Technical sales experience. Experience working with Departments of Transportation (DOTs), municipalities, engineering firms, or large infrastructure customers. Experience managing large customer projects and strategic opportunities
