Full job description

Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for Manufacturing Engineer positions in Garden City, NY . Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily Material Review Board (MRB) activities and ensure timely disposition of nonconforming material.

  • Maintain MRB records, logs, and disposition documentation while tracking material movement through the review process.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve material discrepancies and drive timely disposition decisions.

  • Support root cause investigations, corrective actions, defect analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and rework.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing engineering, or a related environment.

  • Experience with MRB processes, nonconformance management, corrective actions, or defect tracking preferred.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, walk production areas, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Pay Details: $35.98 per hour
