🏗️ Project Manager – Heavy Civil Construction 🏗️
Ready to build projects that actually matter? Join a growing heavy civil construction company delivering complex infrastructure projects across the Northeast - from wastewater facilities and dam work to excavation, process piping, and large-scale civil construction.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Performance Bonus: Project Managers are eligible for a performance-based annual bonus with no maximum cap. Approximately 25% of base salary.
- Some regional travel with minimal overnight stays (roughly 7 x per year)

- Work on impactful infrastructure projects with a respected team
Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage 3–4 active construction projects at a time
- Lead projects from planning through closeout
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Run project meetings and maintain timelines
- Visit job sites weekly/biweekly across the Northeast region
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–7+ years of Project Management experience
- Background in heavy civil, wastewater, renewable energy, excavation, utilities, or related construction
- Experience managing $2M+ projects from start to finish
- Ability to read blueprints and understand survey/layout work
- Strong communication and problem-solving mindset
- PMP Certification is a plus
- Experience with Procore or Oracle P6
- Grit, urgency, and a solutions-first attitude
