  • Supporting both Release 1 and Release 2 integration work in parallel with production support for what's already live.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, build, and maintain REST/API integrations between AWS services, Salesforce, and external systems (ATS/NVC, ACE, Paravision).

  • Develop event-driven integration flows using services like Lambda, API Gateway, Iprove, SQS/SNS.

  • Build and maintain Salesforce-side integration components (Apex, Connected Apps, or middleware such as MuleSoft).

  • Implement data mapping and transformation logic between systems with differing schemas.

  • Write automated tests for integration endpoints and data flows.

  • Document data flows and integration points to support the ATO process.

  • Troubleshoot integration failures across the full chain, from mobile app to ACE.

  • Collaborate with the cloud infrastructure engineer, application developers, and CBP stakeholders to keep integrations aligned with policy and security requirements.

A successful candidate would possess :

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product

  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships

  • Ability to lead projects or workstreams

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
