Project Coordinator

Job Description

Day to Day: Insight Global is seeking a project coordinator for a local client. This person will be overseeing the coordination of engineering programs and projects specifically for robotics. The PC will be the main point of contact for overall management, health and configuration of the robotic fleet. This individual will act as the central communication hub when robots encounter issues during testing, ensuring the right teams are engaged and response efforts begin immediately. They will track issues through resolution, maintain visibility into fleet health, and provide leadership[ with clear updates on operation status and recovery timelines.

Key Responsibilities: Identifying points of contact Establishing ETAs Coordinating debugging efforts with engineers Broadcasting operational status across teams (e.g., announcing when an "A1 robot is down")

Skills and Requirements

Program or project coordination experience Ability to stay on top of problem statements until a resolution owner is established Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and a proactive, results driven mindset Ability to thrive in an undefined structure, setting the pace for processes and demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Jira, including creating dashboards and generating clear reporting Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is strongly preferred.
