This position supportsprocurement,sourcing,contracting,andS2P(SelectMarketplace)operationsbyperformingtactical,transactional,andtechnicalfunctionswhileassistingdepartmentleadershipwithdailyactivities.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships across the enterprise to align on goals, address supply chain challenges, and implement effectivesolutionsthroughproactivecollaboration.

  • Review and analyze purchase requisitions, expedite conversion to purchase orders, issue orders to suppliers, andsupportchangeorderexecution.

  • ManageenterpriseformularycatalogswithintheS2PplatformorExcel,includingpunch-outandstaticcatalogsforinpatientandoutpatientoperations.

  • SupportProcurementleadershipbyanalyzing,documenting,andimprovingprocurementdata,practices,policies,andprocedurestodriveefficient,cost-effectiveclinicalandnon-clinicaloperations.

  • Identifycost-savingopportunitiesthroughdataanalysis,productstandardization,supplierconsolidation,contractcompliance,formularyoptimization,andinvoiceaccuracyreviews.

  • Supportclinicalevaluationofnewproductsandservicesandupdatepunch-outorstaticcatalogsasneeded.

  • Ensurecompliancewithcontractpurchasing,approvedformularies,andworkflowapprovalsthroughcontractratevalidationandservicecostcomparisons.

  • Generateandanalyzereportsontrends,usage,andcosts;evaluateproductqualityandsuitability;andsupportstakeholdersindevelopingandunderstandingKPIsandperformancemetrics.

  • Collaborate with suppliers to stay current on market trends, resolve purchase order issues, reviewaccountstatements,andreconcileinvoices.

  • Partnerwithstakeholderstodefinepurchasingneedsandspecifications,obtaincompetitivequotesforsmall-dollarpurchases,andmaintainsourcing(RFx)documentationandrecords.

  • Supportformularyinquiriesandtroubleshootbasicsystemandtechnologyissuesincollaborationwithhelpdeskresources.

  • Supportsupplierenablementforcatalogandnon-catalogpurchasing,electronicPOandinvoiceprocessing,EDItransactions,andsupplieronboarding,includingtrainingonplatformfunctionalityandself-servicetools.

  • Reviewsupplieragreements,contracts,andproposalsinsupportofrequisitions,purchaseorders,andinvoiceprocessingwithintheS2P(Marketplace)platform.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’sdegreeinSupplyChain,Business,Finance,orarelatedfieldpreferred.

  • Minimumof threeyearsofprocurementorrelatedhealthcareprocurementexperiencerequired.

  • ProficientinMicrosoftOfficeandfamiliarwithERPprocurementsystemssuchasOracle,SAP,Ariba,orCoupa.
