Job Description

Overview Seeking a Product Manager to support our client’s internally built warehouse management platform, focused on inventory operations within distribution centers and warehouses. This is a true Product Management role. The manager is looking for someone who can drive product discovery, partner with stakeholders, design solutions, and own a roadmap, not someone whose background is primarily Scrum Master or Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Inventory Domain product roadmap and backlog
  • Lead discovery efforts with business stakeholders and end users
  • Design warehouse and inventory workflows with UX and Engineering
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and releases
  • Partner with a team of 5-6 developers, a UX designer, and an Engineering Lead
  • Build quarterly roadmaps and define product priorities
  • Support the rollout of new functionality across warehouse locations

Skills and Requirements

Supply Chain / Warehousing

  • Experience supporting warehouse, distribution center, inventory, logistics, fulfillment, transportation, or supply chain systems.
  • Understanding of warehouse operational workflows and inventory processes.
  • Familiarity with inventory management concepts
