Location: UCHealth Catalyst Bldg Denver, Denver, CO

Department: UCHlth Marketing

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $36.19 - $54.28 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary:

  • Develop and execute integrated, data-driven marketing strategies that improve patient experience, health outcomes and value across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates patient-journey strategies that drive sustained engagement through personalized messaging, audience segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation.

  • Integrates the expertise of leaders from operations, clinical leaders, patient access and navigation, finance, patient experience, digital patient experience, health literacy, and quality into clear marketing opportunities.

  • Utilizes consumer insights and behavioral data to advance value-based care initiatives, drive preventive and chronic care gap closure, encourage behavior change, primary care attribution, reduce avoidable emergency department utilization and readmissions, and engage high-risk patient populations through personalized, data-driven marketing programs.

  • Manages marketing projects from strategy through execution, including project planning, stakeholder coordination, production, budget management, and performance reporting. Works within the organization's marketing technology.

  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.

  • 4 years of relevant experience.
