Full job description

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-6+ years of experience in MLOps/DevOps/Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Strong experience with GCP (preferred) or AWS.
  • Proficiency in Docker and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, or open-source models), RAG pipelines (retrieval + generation workflows), and embedding systems (Voyage, OpenAI, etc. )
  • Strong understanding of vector databases and semantic search, data pipelines and indexing strategies, and system performance optimisation and debugging.
  • Experience with observability tools (Datadog, logging, tracing).
  • Proficiency with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows (PRs, code reviews).
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
