Pay Rate: $26.00 – $37.00 per hour

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to partner with a leader in the aviation industry in Moorestown, New Jersey .

This is an exciting opportunity for a systems-savvy professional who knows how to connect business needs with technology solutions. You'll analyze business and technical processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate across teams to develop and enhance critical information systems supporting areas such as finance, production, inventory, marketing, and human resources .

What You'll Do

As a Business Process Analyst, you'll play a key role in translating business requirements into effective technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyze existing business and technical processes to identify opportunities for system and workflow improvements.

  • Support the development and modification of business information processing systems, including financial tracking, production, inventory control, marketing, and HR systems.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, objectives, and business cases for technology initiatives.

  • Serve as a liaison between business units and technology teams throughout system development and implementation activities.

  • Determine system requirements, including program functions, outputs, input data, system techniques, and controls.

  • Analyze processes associated with financial systems and recommend opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Work with SAP, Hyperion, and other enterprise systems and applications .

  • Support system implementations, transitions, and process changes.

  • Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, project plans, and supporting materials.

  • Use Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, and the Microsoft Office Suite to organize, map, analyze, and communicate project and process information.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels.

  • Apply a Lean and continuous-improvement mindset to simplify processes and improve business performance.

Required Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Hands-on SAP and Hyperion experience .

  • Experience working with business systems and applications.

  • Advanced systems skills and the ability to work with complex business information environments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience analyzing processes associated with financial systems .

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite , including Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio .

  • Understanding of business processes, workflows, computer system capabilities, and e-commerce tools.

  • Ability to effectively gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into system requirements.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different functions and organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

Standout candidates will also bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.

  • 5–10 years of professional experience in business process analysis, financial systems, or a related discipline.

  • SAP and/or Hyperion implementation or transition experience .

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • A Lean-thinking, process-improvement mindset with a focus on identifying more efficient ways of working.

  • Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders on complex business initiatives.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $37.00 per hour
