As a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) at Mystic Meadows Rehab & Nursing Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and compassion to our residents. Our 7a-3p shift offers a unique opportunity to experience the best of both worlds - working with a diverse range of residents while enjoying a balanced day.
About the Role:

Provide high-quality, resident-centered care to our patients in a supportive and home-like environment.

Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, under the supervision of licensed nurses.

Maintain accurate records of resident care and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.

Participate in our resident-focused services, including skilled nursing, short-term and long-term care, rehabilitation services, and behavioral care.
Responsibilities:

Deliver personalized care to each resident, promoting independence, dignity, and comfort.

Assist with vital signs, medication administration, and other clinical tasks as needed.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents, adhering to infection control standards.
