Identify potential delays, quality concerns, and schedule risks before they impact the project. Escalate issues appropriately and coordinate recovery plans with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Participate in supplier visits, fabrication shop inspections, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and progress reviews as needed. Review supplier status reports and analyze manufacturing data to provide project updates and recommendations.
