Full job description

Position Summary

The International Recruiting Coordinator manages and executes Wholestone Prestage Eagle Grove Facilities, international recruitment program, including budgeting, acclimating new international team members, and compliance with local, state, and federal laws for sponsored visas. This role executes immigration hiring practices tailored to the Company's needs, builds relationships with immigration partners, and delivers the operational programs that support Wholestone Prestage Eagle Grove’s talent strategy.

Education, Licensure & Experience

  • Associate's degree in HR, business management, or similar field, or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years in HR, manufacturing, or recruitment preferred

  • Immigration visa experience preferred

  • Able to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines

  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and safe driving record

  • Fluent in Spanish and English, written and verbal

  • Basic computer skills (email, reports)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Representative duties include (not exhaustive; other duties may be assigned):

  • Continuously improve the immigration program and partner relationships

  • Partner with immigration service providers to close process gaps

  • Build a diverse international candidate pipeline

  • Track KPIs, pipeline activity, and reporting

  • Develop sourcing strategy with hiring supervisors

  • Prepare and post job openings across relevant channels

  • Screen, interview, and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers

  • Conduct video, phone, and in-person interviews

  • Verify references, credentials, and background

  • Maintain and update job descriptions

  • Present offers, benefits, and employment requirements to international candidates

  • Coordinate travel and transportation for incoming team members

  • Manage housing: budget, furnishing, leases, and utilities

  • Coordinate property inspections and move-out checks

  • Assist with SSNs, bank accounts, and mailing addresses

  • Complete onboarding: drug screening, background checks, eligibility verification

  • Track leased properties, tenants, and expenses

  • Maintain Program SOPs

  • Recommend process improvements for cost-effective service

  • Manage visa renewals and ongoing compliance

  • Mentor and support international team members

  • Resolve international team member concerns

  • Support acclimation for new international hires

  • Stay current on sponsored visa requirements

  • Assist with domestic recruitment as needed

  • Maintain compliant employee documentation

Language Skills

Must read, write, speak, and understand the majority workplace language well enough to communicate effectively, interpret documents (reports, regulations, procedures), and present information to individuals and groups.

Mathematical Skills

Able to perform basic arithmetic and compute/interpret rates, discounts, ratios, percentages, and financial data.

Reasoning Ability

Able to apply common sense and judgment to solve problems, interpret instructions, and make independent decisions, while knowing when to involve a supervisor.

Computer Skills

Intermediate computer knowledge with the ability to learn new software.

Physical Demands

Frequent use of hands/fingers for typing and fine manipulation; frequent bending, sitting, talking, hearing, and reaching. Occasional pushing/pulling, climbing, walking, standing, and balancing. Frequent lifting up to 15 lbs, occasional up to 25 lbs. Requires close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, plus depth perception. Reasonable accommodations available.
