Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Applications Supply Chain & Manufacturing Consultant to support a ERP transformation initiative. This consultant will serve as a key functional lead for Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes, partnering with business stakeholders, project leadership, and technical teams to deliver a successful implementation. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules, strong manufacturing business process knowledge, and the ability to operate independently in a customer-facing environment. This role requires significant onsite engagement in the Cleveland area and will play a critical role during discovery, design, testing, deployment, and hyper-care activities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead onsite business process discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design workshops.
  • Serve as the primary functional consultant for Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze current-state business processes and develop future-state Oracle solutions.
  • Configure and support Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, Customer Service, and Finance.
  • Develop functional design documents, business process flows, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-user training sessions.
  • Assist with issue resolution, risk mitigation, and cutover planning.
  • Provide day-to-day onsite leadership and coordination with business stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior functional resources and support knowledge transfer activities.
  • Work closely with project leadership to ensure scope, schedule, and deliverables remain on track.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or related field.

  • 10-12+ years of Oracle Applications consulting experience.

  • Extensive experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules, including: o Inventory o Bills of Material (BOM) o Work in Process (WIP) o Engineering o Cost Management o Purchasing o Order Management o Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) preferred

  • Multiple full-cycle Oracle ERP implementation experiences.

  • Strong knowledge of discrete manufacturing business processes.

  • Experience facilitating executive and operational workshops.

  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into Oracle solutions.

  • Experience supporting testing, deployment, and hyper-care activities.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Experience supporting manufacturing companies with multi-site operations.

  • Oracle Cloud SCM exposure.

  • Experience integrating Oracle with third-party applications.

  • Knowledge of supply planning, inventory optimization, production scheduling, and demand management processes.

  • Experience leading offshore/onshore consulting teams.

  • Oracle certifications are a plus.
