Job Summary re you a compassionate Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative outpatient setting? Join our Endocrinology team at 10 Members Way in Dover, NH, where you’ll support expert providers caring for patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, and a wide range of hormonal conditions. This is an opportunity to build lasting patient relationships, provide education that empowers patients, and contribute to care that helps individuals improve their health and quality of life.
Why You’ll Love This Role As a Registered Nurse in this outpatient endocrinology practice, you’ll provide direct patient care and support in a dynamic ambulatory environment. You’ll partner closely with providers and care team members to deliver compassionate, coordinated care while helping patients and families better understand treatment plans, medications, and self-management strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care in an outpatient setting.
- Conduct patient assessments, support care planning, and assist with outpatient procedures while prioritizing patient comfort and safety.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
- Collaborate with providers and healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with standards and regulations.
- Support infection control practices and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Licensure/Certification: Active Registered Nurse license required; Basic Life Support certification preferred. Experience: Clinical nursing experience required; ambulatory care or outpatient experience preferred.

Familiarity with electronic medical records and a commitment to ongoing professional development are also valued.
