Opportunity Awaits!

Main Focus

  • Act as liaison with suppliers and portfolio managers to obtain accurate new item set ups and brand label materials.

  • Submit NYS Brand Label Registration and ensure NYS compliance with NYS rules and regulations before open any items for sale in the portfolio

  • Create new items and update product information fields in eoStar.

  • Announce new items and item updates with interoffice memos.

  • Manage territory, channel and chain-based product restrictions, including product allocations, and ensure MBBD is only selling to authorized accounts.

  • Work with operations to manage opening everyday items for sales and work with the VP of Retail Execution to manage opening seasonal items for sale.

  • Coordinate with the VP of Retail Execution and Director of NY Wine and Spirits to communication initial orders for new products to Procurement.

  • Work with the Pricing and Portfolio Manager to run SKU Rationalization Reports to identify items for discontinuation.

  • Facilitate new supplier onboarding and assist in supplier integration with VIP/iDig.

  • Oversee and perform audits on the export of sales/inventory data.

  • Update item based surveys in eoStar.

  • Assist with any requests/projects received from Senior Sales Leadership/Pricing and Portfolio Manager.

Position Requirements:

  • 2 years of administrative or retail experience. Experience in the beverage industry is a plus.

  • Experience in inventory.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Attention to detail is a must.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

Hourly Salary: $28.00 - $30.00

It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
