Senior Varicent Architect

Job Description

We're looking for someone with strong experience supporting Varicent Sales Performance Management (SPM) solutions, including compensation plan design, incentive calculations, reporting, analytics, platform configuration, and business process optimization. This role will support and enhance the Varicent Sales Performance Management (SPM) platform. This role will partner closely with Compensation, HR, and Technology teams to deliver scalable incentive compensation solutions, drive platform enhancements, gather requirements, lead solution design, and support ongoing business operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional and technical Varicent expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience translating business needs into effective technology solutions.

Skills and Requirements

-8+ years' experience as a Varicent functional or technical lead role -8+ years' experience configuring and debugging Business Processes and building solutions in SPM platforms. -8+ years' experience working with business to gather requirements, perform fit gap analysis, design solutions, create functional designs, configuring SaaS applications, performing user acceptance testing, and maintaining the health of the product. -5+ years' experience generating reports for analysis, data auditing and supporting requests from various business teams.
