Generating Facility Administrative Specialist $23.60 - $28.80 | In Person reporting to Cohasset, MN

Bring your organizational and communication skills to a role that makes a meaningful impact every day. You'll coordinate key administrative activities, maintain vital records and reports, support operational planning, and help ensure smooth, efficient office and business operations across the organization.

What you'll do

  • Under general supervision, perform a variety of analytical and high-level administrative support activities.

  • Enter and ensure that labor hours and expenses are entered into the appropriate systems to pay employees in accordance with current labor contracts and in compliance with Company policy and procedures.

  • Prepare reports (overtime, call-outs, seniority) and vacation/holiday schedules to assist supervisors in the development and planning of personnel work scheduling.

  • Oversee service contracts required to maintain office machines/equipment and general office cleaning/maintenance contracts.

  • Compile and prepare data to assist others in meeting internal and/or regulatory compliance reporting and budgeting.

  • Respond to inquiries about benefits or Company policies.

  • Maintain and distribute employee information and other communications, initiating/verifying/maintaining a variety of manual and automated human resources/payroll records, and pre-employment interviewing and testing.

  • May train other department support staff. Requires excellent interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills to establish and maintain productive working relationships.

What you'll bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent PLUS one-year post-secondary education.

  • Four years or more related work experience.

  • A valid driver’s license and the responsibility to maintain it.

The expected hourly compensation range for this position is $23.60 - $28.80. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, training, and experience. Additionally, this position qualifies for a comprehensive benefits package including:
