SCPP WMOS Configuration Engineer

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a REMOTE WMOS Configurator to join a team within their IT Supply Chain organization. This role will support the integration and configuration of SCPP/Manhattan (versions between 2015-2019) with inbound and outbound distribution center technologies and robotics systems. The ideal candidate will be a SME in Manhattan WMOS configurations and integrations. This person will be responsible for working with PM's and PO's to translate business requirements into technical requirements that can then be created into stories for development teams to carry out. They will also conduct root cause analyses and create and execute on design plans for custom configurations that support resolution of operational issues and bottlenecks within Manhattan WMOS. They will then work with DC's to schedule rollouts and provide end user training on new features.

Location: remote US based Pay Rate: 50-60/hr.

Skills and Requirements

5-7+ years of experience performing configurations of Manhattan version 2015-2019 WMOS 5+ years of experience integrating 2015-2019 WMOS with inbound and outbound technology as well as robotics systems Experience with PL-SQL: triggers, stored procedure functions Involvement in the architecture and design phase all the way through POC and deployment Experience with "Goods to Person" automation -Experience designing and implementing custom configurations for Manhattan WMOS -Experience collaborating with PM's and PO's to translate business requirements into technical requirements that can then be created into stories for development teams to carry out -Experience identifying issues through root cause analyses and providing appropriate production support -Experience preparing and executing test cases -Experience coordinating with warehouses to schedule rollouts/deployments -Experience writing implementation documents -Experience working with end users of the WMOS system to understand operational pain points and provide trainings on new features as a permanent solution Experience with resource orchestration or labor management 8+ years of experience with configurations and integrations Staff or Principal-level
