  • Deep understanding of mechanisms, actuators, fasteners, bearings, seals, and material properties

  • Working knowledge of power distribution, sensors, motor control, and basic circuit design

  • Experience with environmental testing and flight-hardware qualification programs

  • Strong GD&T, engineering drawing, and technical documentation skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across electrical, mechanical, avionics, structures, propulsion, and GNC teams Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret or Top Secret security clearance

  • Spacecraft mechanism experience involving deployment systems, separation mechanisms, solar-array drives, or gimbal systems

  • Knowledge of spacecraft thermal-control technologies, including heat pipes, radiators, heaters, and multilayer insulation

  • High-reliability or safety-critical design experience involving FMEA, fault tolerance, or redundancy

  • Familiarity with propulsion components such as valves, pressure vessels, feed systems, and fluid interfaces

  • Experience with servo motors, stepper motors, voice-coil actuators, or related motor-control systems

  • Understanding of EMC and grounding or shielding design principles

  • Python or MATLAB proficiency for analysis automation and data processing

  • Aerospace additive manufacturing or advanced manufacturing experience

  • Knowledge of radiation effects on materials and electronics

  • Startup or small multidisciplinary team experience Hands-on vehicle integration, launch-site operations, or mission-support experience
