Field Operator Safety

Our client, an industry leader in agricultural and farming operations, is seeking a US- Field Operator (Safety) (Entry) to join their dedicated team. As a US- Field Operator (Safety) (Entry), you will be an essential part of the farm operations supporting crop planting, harvesting, and field activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: US- Field Operator (Safety) (Entry)

Location: Monmouth, IL

Pay Range: $26-28 per hour

What's the Job?

• Assist in planting, pollinating, harvesting, threshing, shipping, weeding, and preparing fields for crop production

• Operate farming equipment such as tractors, combines, harvesters, sprayers, or threshers

• Support the maintenance and improvement of farm assets and facilities

• Adhere to all safety policies and participate in safety meetings to promote a safe working environment

• Perform tasks that may include lifting weights over 25 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and write, understanding verbal and written instructions in English

• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for long periods

• Flexibility to work extended hours or shifts during peak seasons

• Capability to operate farm machinery and drive company vehicles as needed

• Commitment to following safety procedures and supporting team efforts
