Answering incoming phone calls to the office

Greeting visitors

Order supplies; Maintenance/upkeep of production and supply rooms

Order meals for meetings

File and archive office documents
Qualifications/Requirements include the following:

Fluent in written and conversational English

Outstanding conversational skills

Highly organized and detail oriented

Professional & customer service-oriented

Works well with different types of personalities

Positive, confident, and self-motivated
