Introduction
Your role and responsibilities
Enterprise Architect, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US (Up to 100% telecommuting permitted):

Coordinate project and technical delivery oversight.
-
Manage, direct, and coordinate end-to-end techno-functional project delivery.
-
Analyze business and user needs.
-
Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and understanding of applicable business systems and industrial standards.

Manage stakeholders to complete business and systems analysis.
-
Oversee project resources and serve as a subject matter expert in Oracle Cloud PPM/Grants, Financials, Analytics, SCM and integrations with Oracle Cloud HCM, EPM, EDM, and CRM suites and other third-party applications to support business processes.

Work closely with business subject experts and IT teams to ensure strong alignment between business requirements and application solutions/services.

Define, map, and analyze business processes to design technology solutions that enhance operations.

Analyze "TO-BE" business models and inspect "AS-IS" processes to develop recommendations that achieve policy objectives.

Perform fit-gap analysis during implementation to determine the appropriate fit of business requirements and viable resolutions for gaps.

Review test plans and test scripts across business areas to ensure comprehensive scenario coverage.

Oversee all aspects of testing, including establishing metrics, resource planning, bug tracking, and issue assignment for System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.

Train end users by conducting workshops and sessions to ensure effective use of newly implemented business systems in daily operations.

Coordinate all aspects of Oracle ERP applications, fully understanding capabilities and limitations of ERP functional solutions, while providing module configuration and analysis support.

Utilize Oracle PPM - Project Foundation (Oracle Projects, Project Costing, Project billing, Oracle Grants Management, Oracle Project Billing), Oracle Cloud Financials (Payables, Receivables, Fixed Asset, General Ledger, Cash Management), Oracle Supply Chain Management - SCM (Procurement, Supplier Self Service, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts), Requirement Analysis, FIT-GAP analysis, CRP (Conference Room Pilot), SIT/UAT sessions to complex oracle business.
Required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master’s degree) and one (1) year of experience as a Enterprise Architect, Managing Consultant, Solution Architect or related. One (1) year of experience must include utilizing Oracle PPM - Project Foundation (Oracle Projects, Project Costing, Project billing, Oracle Grants Management, Oracle Project Billing), Oracle Cloud Financials (Payables, Receivables, Fixed Asset, General Ledger, Cash Management), Oracle Supply Chain Management - SCM (Procurement, Supplier Self Service, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts), Requirement Analysis, FIT-GAP analysis, CRP (Conference Room Pilot), SIT/UAT sessions to complex oracle business. $308,082 to $346,100 per year. Full time. D205.
Required technical and professional expertise
