Position Summary...

The Senior Manager, Change Management, Training & Communications, leads the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies to support organizational initiatives. This role involves collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive sustainable business improvements through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and process alignment. The position oversees impact initiatives, develops strategic communications and knowledge artefacts, and ensures continuous improvement by analyzing performance and addressing resistance. By fostering collaboration and leveraging best practices, the Senior Manager enables successful adoption of change, promotes operational excellence, and supports the achievement of business objectives across the enterprise.

Our team collaborates closely with senior leadership, legal, compliance, operations, and product groups to uphold high standards in contractor earnings programs. We lead strategic initiatives that enhance compliance, transparency, and operational efficiency while improving the contractor experience. By integrating project management, data management, and continuous improvement, we support sustainable growth and trust. Focused on operational excellence and effective problem solving, the team drives seamless execution and innovation across procure-to-pay activities, fostering strong partnerships and delivering measurable business outcomes aligned with company objectives.

What you'll do...

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change plans, including communication, training, and awareness programs.

  • Develop and deliver strategic communications and training materials to support change initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

  • Lead the development and execution of change management strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Assess organizational impact and identify opportunities for process improvements to support sustainable change initiatives.

  • Facilitate project teams to define behaviors and actions necessary for successful change adoption and business benefits.

  • Monitor progress through key performance indicators and adjust plans to enhance effectiveness and outcomes.

  • Mentor and guide associates to build capabilities and foster a collaborative work environment.

  • Proven expertise in leading organizational change management initiatives and driving sustainable business benefits.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Experience developing and executing strategic communication plans aligned with business objectives.

  • Ability to assess change impacts, identify barriers, and implement effective resolution strategies.

  • Skilled in creating training materials, documentation, and facilitating education and awareness programs.

  • Proficient in monitoring performance metrics and applying continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing team members to achieve high performance.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09050: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
