Full job description
What you will do:
-
Developand execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and testingframeworks aligned with project objectives and organizational qualitystandards.
-
Leadend-to-end testing activities, including functional, integration, system,regression, and user acceptance testing.
-
Drivetesting governance, processes, and best practices to ensure consistentquality across multiple projects and releases.
-
Manageand coordinate onsite and offshore testing teams, ensuring effectivecommunication, task allocation, and delivery execution.
-
Partnerwith business stakeholders, project managers, product owners, andtechnical teams to define testing scope, risks, and quality objectives.

Facilitatedefect management processes and provide regular status reporting ontesting progress, quality metrics, and project risks.

LeverageJIRA for test planning, defect tracking, reporting, and overall testmanagement activities.

Leador support test automation initiatives, collaborating with automationengineers and managed testing teams to improve testing efficiency andcoverage.

Ensurecompliance with industry and regulatory standards, particularly withinLife Sciences environments.
What you will bring:

8+years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing, including leadershipresponsibilities.

Strongexpertise in test planning, test strategy development, and softwaretesting methodologies.
-
Hands-onexperience with JIRA for test management, defect tracking, and projectcoordination.
-
Provenbackground leading automation testing initiatives or managing automationtesting teams.
-
Experiencecoordinating offshore testing teams across multiple geographies.
-
Strongstakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Education:
- Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is 90k-134K.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company-s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
