The RDA1 will perform analysis/interpretation of genomic data alongside other multi-omic and medical data to facilitate diagnosis of rare genetic disease and will assist in additional aspects of case management for CUD participants. They will also assist in creating and/or managing datasets to facilitate efficient case tracking to ensure participants are moving through the evaluation pipeline efficiently and with all data elements required by the study protocol.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in Mendelian genetics; prior experience with variant interpretation, translational research program, and/or managing research results is an asset. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills are essential. You will be expected to participate in supporting and tracking participant activities, case management, data analysis, project work, and research workflow. A complete application will include a cover letter highlighting your interest in the project and relevant qualifications. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
