Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our Customer Services & Support Group team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our customer inventories, bridging the gap between physical records and digital management. Your focus on keying data, resolving discrepancies, and managing work orders ensures our clients' most sensitive information remains safe and seamlessly accessible. Here, your precision directly supports our promise of trust and reliability for the organizations that count on us every day.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will:

  • Input and manage data across the inventory lifecycle, including keying label details, executing electronic carton moves, processing permanent removals, and handling destruction requests.

  • Research and resolve data exceptions, discrepancies, and customer inquiries in collaboration with account managers, contract administrators, and special project teams.

  • Process hardcopy records into high-quality electronic images, perform quality control audits, and burn project CDs.

  • Issue customer documentation, including receipt acknowledgements, destruction certificates, and requested month-end or quarter-end reports.

  • Prepare packaged products for delivery, assist customer service workflows, and help train incoming team members.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

  • At least 1 year of data entry experience in a service-oriented or customer-facing environment.

  • Strong proficiency in PC applications, MS Office/Word, and comfortable navigating database software.

  • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
