Sr. Database Engineer (SQL Server)

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Database Platform Engineer with 7+ years of experience designing, administering, and optimizing enterprise database environments. This role will focus on SQL Server and PostgreSQL engineering, performance tuning, scalability, and high availability while supporting modern data platforms powered by CockroachDB, Kafka, Flink, and Debezium. The ideal candidate will have expertise in distributed database architecture, real-time data integration, replication strategies, and the design and support of scalable data pipelines that drive critical business applications and analytics across the organization.

Skills and Requirements

• Senior-level SQL Server Database Engineer (7+ years)
• Strong expertise in PostgreSQL administration, performance tuning, and replication.
• Experience with Cockroach DB
• Experience building and supporting real-time data integrations using Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, and Debezium.
• Understanding of distributed databases, data replication, and scalable data pipeline design and support.
• Bachelor's degree
