Supervisory: No supervisory/management authority

A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify.
This position requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a polygraph. Candidates holding an active Top Secret/SCI clearance without the polygraph may be selected; the ability to obtain the required polygraph is a condition of the position and will be completed as part of the hiring process.
Position Summary:
The TTO C/O Screener will conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations of prospective candidates.

Starting Salary Range for TTO C/O Screener: $180,000 – $205,000

Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities:
Includes the following:
-
Assist in the assessments, evaluations, and selection and recruitment of new members by providing input on psychological assessments and interviews.
-
Analyze the behavior and performance of candidates to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback.
-
Consult with leadership and team commanders to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
-
Maintain detailed records and documentation of assessments and evaluations.
-
Be available for on-call or emergency response situations where support and assessment are required.
-
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
No supervisory/management authority
Basic Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
-
Minimum of five (5) years of operational C/O experience
-
Experience in Screening, Assessment, and Evaluation
-
Strong briefing and writing skills.
-
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-
Must be a US Citizen.
-

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; may occasionally require standing or moving about the office for extended periods.
