Aerotek is currently hiring Concrete Production Workers for a leading precast concrete manufacturing facility in Spokane Valley, WA. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity offering competitive pay, extensive overtime, paid training, and long-term career growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, and strip concrete forms for precast products

• Tie rebar and assist with concrete placement and production activities

• Move materials and products throughout the production facility

• Perform general labor and material handling duties

• Support all phases of the manufacturing process

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, concrete work, precast manufacturing, landscaping, or general labor preferred

• Ability to perform physically demanding work in an industrial environment

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs consistently

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newman Lake, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.19 - $25.05/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
